Work Experience

Portrait/School Photographer; July 2010 – February 2010

Fox Mar Photography; North Miami, Florida

  • Pose and photograph students and staff.  Subjects may include: kindergarten through 12th graders, prom & dance, sporting events and special events.
  • Organize materials to ensure necessary equipment and supplies are available on picture day resulting in a smooth picture day process.
  • Assemble equipment at each picture day site.  Maintain equipment in a safe manner and transport between schools according to company guidelines.
  • Provide clear direction and expectations for parents, school personnel, and student helpers regarding their role in Picture Day.
  • Accurately complete and ship all required picture day materials within assigned timelines.
  • Work closely with staff to establish appropriate work flow of classrooms and effectively resolve any issues.
  • Maintain confidentiality of school and student related information.

Freelance Product photographer; Janurary 2006 – July 2009

  • Set up products for photographing for use on websites, retail catalogs and print magazines.
  • Shot 15-40 products a day depending on styling needs and shot setup.
  • Ensured each product had the best lighting treatment.
  • Prepared images for both websites and print catalogs.

Staff Photographer and Stylist; April 2005 – May 2009

LTD Commodities, LLC; Miramar, Florida

  • Produced five to 10 images of products a day, for use in both online and retail catalogs.
  • Illuminated products with proper lighting techniques, styled products for final shots, built sets to help feature products and captured the final image.
  • Worked with a team of professionals to help facilitate product sales by creating images that featured each product’s most important details.
